Revenue recovery studio

Bring good customers back at the right moment.

Build a focused, email-only reactivation campaign from imported service history. Every campaign still flows through review, suppression, unsubscribe, stop-condition, and delivery controls.

Import customer history
Add completed-job records that can be used by reactivation segments. These records stay scoped to your contractor account and use the existing owner-scoped leads path.
Safety rails
Reactivation campaigns are intentionally narrow: email only, contractor-owned records, and no bypass around the existing follow-up queue.
Suppressed, missing-email, and non-open customers are reported and skipped before enrollment.
Approval prepares eligibility; the existing follow-up batch still controls each prepared message.
Sequence timing runs through the existing scheduled queue and stop-condition events.
1. Save a segment
Choose the customer moment you want to recover. Service dates are read from imported completed-job history.
2. Write a reusable message
Use the existing follow-up tokens such as {{customer_name}} and {{service}}. Offer copy stays in the same prepared draft.

Available variables

{{customer_name}} , {{customer_email}} , {{customer_phone}} , {{job_type}} , {{service}} , {{job_context}} , {{service_date}} , {{needs_additional_work}} , {{lead_workflow}} , {{lead_reason}} , {{missed_reason}} , {{lead_lifecycle}} , {{contractor_name}} , {{company_name}} , {{reply_address}} , {{booking_url}} , {{estimate_url}} , {{review_url}} , {{referral_url}} , {{service_area}}

3. Prepare a campaign
Draft first, approve eligibility second, then start the shared sequence queue.

Save a segment to calculate owner-scoped eligibility.

Campaigns
Approval controls eligibility; prepared messages remain governed by Follow-up workspace.
